Unified Passenger Information Policy for Regional Rail
Supported a regional rail operator in Europe to define passenger information policies covering normal operations, disruptions, and multimodal connections. Delivered a structured framework of “what to show when and where,” ensuring consistency across rolling stock, stations, and digital channels.

Advertising Business Case for Metro Network
Built the commercial business case for advertising across a large metro operator, including digital displays and onboard formats. Modeled potential revenues, assessed commercial risks, and defined guardrails to preserve passenger trust while enabling sustainable non-fare revenue streams.

Accessibility & Wayfinding Validation for Airport Rail Link
Led prototyping and user validation sessions for an airport express rail service. Simulated passenger journeys with displays, audio announcements, and TTS. Delivered recommendations to enhance accessibility, reduce language barriers, and align information systems with international aviation standards.

Onboard Digital Portal for National Trains
Supported a rail operator startup in launching a passenger-facing digital portal accessible via onboard Wi-Fi. The platform integrates infotainment (movies, audio, games), digital press, moving maps, and buy-on-board features such as food and beverage ordering from the seat. We guided requirements, supplier selection, and business case development, ensuring the solution enhanced passenger experience while creating new ancillary revenue opportunities.

End-2End advertising solution for a national Rail Operator
Partnered with a national train operator to implement a unified advertising program across 3,000 stations and 300 trains. The project covered the full cycle: strategy definition, business model design, and revenue forecasting; technical specifications for wayside digital signage and onboard displays; integration with passenger information systems to protect accuracy and trust; supplier tendering and contract negotiations; and pilot-to-fleet deployment oversight. The result was a scalable, operator-controlled ecosystem generating sustainable revenues while maintaining the integrity of the passenger information experience.

Cross-Border Data Architecture for Regional Authorities
Advised two neighboring transport authorities on harmonizing real-time data across rail, bus, and tram systems. Designed a cross-border architecture based on NeTEx and SIRI standards, ensuring interoperability for journey planners, operational monitoring, and shared passenger information services.
